The Story

Why Tallinn

Imagine closing your laptop at 5 PM and stepping straight into a medieval canvas illuminated by an endless golden hour. Tallinn manages to feel both deeply historic and effortlessly modern, with some of the fastest Wi-Fi in Europe running through centuries-old stone walls. It is a compact, walkable dream of a Baltic base.

This month is all about making the most of the White Nights. With the sun barely dipping below the horizon, our days stretch out into long, slow evenings spent in cozy courtyard cafes, design-focused districts, and quiet Baltic beaches.

As always, we do things the Flock way. We coordinate our base in the city, unlock group-negotiated rates on great local apartments, and let the community design the calendar together. Because we are perfectly positioned on the Gulf of Finland, we will spend our weekends hopping ferries and exploring the wider region.

A Day With The Flock

Daily Rhythm

Your mornings start with fresh cardamom buns from a local bakery before heading to our favorite design-forward coworking spaces in the trendy Telliskivi Creative City. Lunch is a quick stroll through the Balti Jaam market, catching up with other members over fresh Baltic bites.

When the workday ends, the city is still as bright as noon. We often head out for a quick evening dip in the sea, take a bike ride through Kadriorg park, or grab a local craft beer in a hidden Old Town courtyard. With 20 hours of daylight, there is never any rush to go home.

Taste & Tradition

Culture & Food

June in Estonia is magical, culminating in Jaanipäev (Midsummer Eve), when locals head to the countryside for bonfires, music, and celebrations. The city also comes alive with the historic Old Town Days, filling the squares with medieval markets and theater.

The food scene is an exciting revelation, blending Nordic minimalism with hearty Baltic comfort. Think fresh rye bread, forest-foraged berries, excellent craft cider, and world-class restaurants that make the most of the short, vibrant summer harvest.
