Eight years ago, I came to Mexico City for the first time with no idea how much this city would eventually become a huge part of my life. Today, I’m lucky to call it home.
Working remotely has allowed me to travel the world and meet incredible people along the way, but CDMX is where I found an amazing community and a true sense of home. The city has so much to offer and I can’t wait to share my favorite spots, hidden gems, and insider tips with everyone this month!
A Day With The Flock
Daily Rhythm
Your morning starts with a stroll down the leafy avenues of Condesa or Roma Norte, grabbing a fresh pastry and a cortado at a neighborhood cafe. Most of the crew gathers at a local workspace or a sunlit, laptop-friendly patio to align with North American time zones. Lunches are long and social, usually spent hunting down the best al pastor tacos or sitting down for a leisurely menu del día.
As the work day winds down, the city's third places call us out. We often meet up for mezcal tastings, gallery openings, or just a casual stroll through Parque México to catch the sunset before a group dinner at a neighborhood cantina.
