The Story
Why South Korea
Spring in Seoul is something special. As the cherry blossoms fade and the warm weather settles in, the entire city comes alive with outdoor energy. We are setting up our base in this hyper-connected metropolis to experience how the future is being built, while still keeping one foot in centuries of rich history.
This is not a vacation, it is your actual life, just elevated. We will co-work from some of the most innovative cafes in the world, share high-speed internet, and swap ideas over plates of Korean barbecue. Since we negotiate community rates directly with local hosts, you get the best deal on housing without any markup from us.
As always, the schedule is ours to write. We are a self-driven community of peers, meaning we decide together which neighborhoods to explore, which mountains to hike, and where to grab drinks after log-off. You get the structure of a trusted network with the freedom to design your own perfect Korean spring.

A Day With The Flock
Daily Rhythm
Your weekdays start with fresh pastries and excellent espresso in a local cafe, followed by a productive deep-work session at our central co-working hub. Lunches are an adventure, featuring quick bowls of hand-pulled noodles or street-style kimbap in bustling markets.
When the laptops close, the city really opens up. You might join other members for a sunset walk along the Han River, head to a local baseball game to experience the legendary crowd energy, or wind down at a traditional bathhouse to recharge for the next day.

Taste & Tradition
Culture & Food
Spring brings a vibrant cultural and festival calendar to Seoul. We will be there just in time to witness the city light up for the Lotus Lantern Festival, celebrating spring with thousands of colorful lanterns parading through the historic streets.
The food scene here is legendary for a reason. Get ready for cozy evenings gathered around sizzling grills for Korean barbecue, spicy bowls of tteokbokki at late-night food tents, and endless rounds of craft beer and fried chicken in lively university neighborhoods.
Field Notes
Before You Apply
Great for
- Tech-forward remote workers who appreciate lightning-fast internet and modern infrastructure
- Food lovers eager to dive deep into everything from street food stalls to high-end dining
- History buffs wanting to explore the contrast between royal palaces and modern global culture
- Nature enthusiasts who want world-class hiking trails accessible right from the city metro
Good to know
- Seoul is incredibly safe and efficient, but navigating can be tricky at first because Google Maps does not work well here (we will help you set up Naver Map instead)
- The work culture here is intense, which means you will find amazing 24-hour study cafes, but it also means busy subway cars during rush hour
- While English is widely spoken in tourist areas, learning a few basic Korean phrases and how to read the alphabet goes a very long way in local restaurants
